I don’t teach “weight loss.”
I teach Radical Ownership.
For thirty years, I was a master of consumer behavior. I built Big Fat Promotions, worked with brands like Pepsi and P&G, and appeared in the New York Times and on CNN as an expert in how people think.
But while I was mastering everyone else’s behavior, I was a victim of my own. At 59 years old, I weighed 411 pounds. I was on eight medications. I was “successful” in business but physically bankrupt.
The Moment the Narrative Broke:
“I am not confused. I am not ‘struggling.’ I am choosing this. And if I chose this, I can choose something else.”
I dropped 140 pounds without a “diet” or a gym membership. I did it by applying the same behavioral science I used in marketing to my own decision loops.

The New Receipt
- ✅ Anchoring my day in defaults
- ✅ Eating for the life I want, not the stress I have
- ✅ Radical accountability for every “line item”
- ✅ Zero negotiations. Zero starting over.
- TOTAL: 140 LBS LOST. ZERO MEDS.
What I Do Now
Today, I lead the Shut Up and Choose movement. I work with individuals who are tired of their own bullshit and organizations that need a culture of ownership.
Whether it’s through my book, my podcast, or my keynote speaking, I have one goal: to help you look at your results and realize—for better or worse—you chose this.
