I lost 140 pounds eating what I wanted. No diets. No gyms. No starving myself. Just small, smart choices anyone can make — even if you’ve failed at weight loss a hundred times before.

For nearly 60 years, I lived on the weight loss hamster wheel — losing weight, gaining it back, and hating myself through every diet. By 59, I was 411 pounds, on eight medications, and could barely walk 100 feet without gasping for air. Every doctor said: “Lose the weight or you won’t make it.” The thought of another diet? I couldn’t do it. Diets had beaten me down for decades.

Then I figured it out: You don’t need another diet. You don’t need a gym. You don’t need starvation or guilt. You need someone to cut the BS, call out your excuses, and teach you how to finally take control.
